Energy Investors Acquires Watertown Renewable Power

Boston, Massachusetts -- Private equity firm
Energy Investors Funds
has acquired Watertown Renewable Power LLC from Tamarack Energy.
Watertown is a 30 MW biomass power project currently under development in Watertown, Connecticut.
Energy Investors' United States Power Fund III made the acquisition. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
